If you did NOT receive an email to change your password, you may need to Sign up instead. Even if you have used this email in the past, there are instances where users need to re-submit that email for verification. To do this click on the Sign Up tab, add your email address and a new password. Follow the prompts to log into your account.
If you get this message: "The User Already Exists". This means that there was a problem with the reset password email being delivered. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder. The email would be coming from FeePay Support <email@example.com>. If these suggestions do not work for you, please submit a support request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include the email you were using, which district you are with and let us know that you received the The User Already Exists error message.
