Removing A Fee From An Individual Account

To remove a Fee from an individual account, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Users.
  2. Type parent name in the search box and select Search (making sure that Registered Users is selected).
  3. Select  to the right of the parent name.
  4. Select Fees tab.
  5. Select Go on the right to access the Unpaid Fees.
  6. Select the check box for the Fee you would like to remove then select Archive Selected.
