Tracking Awards for a Student

Student awards may be tracked from the student Account Details.  The awards districts track include earning a Varsity Letters, All Conference and All State.   Awards are recorded by an administrative user. 

Adding an Award to a Student Profile

  1. Select Users.
  2. Type a student name, student ID or parent name in the search box and select Search.
  3. Select the down arrow next to the student's name.
  4. Select the Awards tab.
  5. From the drop-down menu, select the Activity the student earned an Award.
  6. Select the box under each Award that applies.
  7. Select Save awards.
    Note: Once Save Awards is selected, a check box appears in the Delete column to remove the Award if needed.
