Why am I being re-prompted for my login and password?

If you find that you are being asked for your login and password after clicking on the Meals, Activities, or other links on the home page of [district_subdomain].feepay.com it often is because your browser does not have the "Cookies" enabled.  This means that your login credentials are not being stored from the initial login to FeePay.

To correct this please go into your internet browser settings and enable your cookies. It will also help to clear your internet browsing "Cache."  If after attempting both of these things you are still having trouble with FeePay, please use the button at the bottom of this page to contact our friendly support team and submit a help request.
