To setup user access to the FeePay Administrator site, two screens must be accessed by your TIES Online Access Security (TOAS) Administrator.
The FeePay Admin site has three system roles to which users may be assigned. Roles can limit or widen a user's access to certain areas within the FeePay Admin site. A user may belong to one or many roles simultaneously. FeePay uses the combination of a user's role membership assignment to determine access levels. Once the role is updated in TOAS, the settings for FeePay Admin can be established. If the role is not set correctly in TOAS, it will update and overwrite what is in FeePay Admin during the next sync which can be about every 30 minutes.
The following three roles are defined in TOAS and integrate directly to the native roles within the FeePay Administration website:
- Admin Fee Users – Users are granted access to all areas of the administration site dealing with Activities and Fees. Users are denied access to all system areas dealing with student Meal accounts.
- Admin Meal Users – Users are granted access to all areas of the administration site dealing with student Meal accounts. Users are denied access to all system areas dealing with Activities and Fees.
- Admin Power Users – Users are granted access to all areas of the administration site including Meal accounts, Activities, and Fees. In order to edit or create Resources (URL links to any documentation or additional information about an Activity), Locations (Location information to be attached to an Activity), Forms and Categories (a way to categorize Activities), this permission level is needed. When this permission level is selected, all other levels are included.
To setup users and group/role membership, you must have TOAS Administrator privileges. To setup a user's account access to the FeePay Admin site, the user must have a valid OS110 record within the TOAS system. The value entered in the E-mail Login ID field is the user's FeePay Administrator login identifier. Users should continue to use their TOAS password to login to the system. If they forget their password, it needs to be reset in TOAS or by the TOAS Administrator. FeePay Support currently does not have access to passwords for TOAS.
**Please Note: Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
To setup group/role membership, please use TOAS screen AD230. Once again, you must have access to this screen within TOAS.
